Nova Dunk is operated by Meridian Alchemy LLC.

We store chosen player names, guest profiles, progress, equipment and match records to operate the game. Other players may see names and results. Use a nickname rather than personal information.

An essential session cookie keeps a profile signed in for up to 30 days. The browser also stores settings and local highlights. Clearing browser data can remove local content and access to a guest profile.

If you log in with a wallet, we store its public address with your profile so you can play challenges and keep your progress. xPortal connects to the site through the WalletConnect relay service. Your secret phrase and private keys stay in your wallet: we never ask for them and never receive them.

Challenge deposits, results and payouts are transactions on the public MultiversX blockchain. Anyone can see the wallet addresses, amounts and times involved, and they cannot be changed or deleted, including by us.

Cloudflare hosts the website and database; Fly.io hosts multiplayer; WalletConnect relays wallet connections. These services process connection information and technical logs to deliver and secure the game. Zoho handles support email. We do not sell personal information.

To understand how the game is used, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites, and we keep anonymous daily totals of a few steps (such as matches started and wallets connected) in our own database. These counts contain no player names, wallet addresses, IP addresses or other identifiers.

Contact privacy@novadunk.com for access or deletion requests. Include your player name and information needed to identify your profile, never passwords or recovery phrases. We may verify the request. Game records remain while needed to operate the beta and address security issues; backup deletion may take additional time.

Playing for free needs no wallet and is intended for ages 13 and older. Challenges for EGLD are for adults 18 and older. Contact us if a child under 13 has provided personal information.
